At the same time, REPT BATTERO participated in the 2024 American International Photovoltaic Energy Storage Exhibition RE+ and officially released the Wending 564Ah battery cell for overseas markets. and Powtrix energy storage systems, bringing safer and more efficient solutions to the global green energy transformation.

The 564Ah battery cell adopts REPT BATTERO's world-first "asking top" technology and uses double high electrodes, which has the characteristics of high energy efficiency, high consistency, zero attenuation, and long life.

Relying on the innovative "top-asking" design, REPT BATTERO 564Ah battery reduces the redundancy of the tabs by improving the tab bending method, reducing the DC internal resistance of the battery core by 16%, and the energy efficiency can reach 96.4%, and the internal space The utilization rate is increased by about 5%, effectively improving the energy density and safety of the battery core. REPT BATTERO 564Ah battery cell also adopts double high solid-liquid interface technology, which increases the ion migration rate by 30%. In addition, Wending 564Ah battery adopts surface technology. Through the development of a new process, it has broken through the mass production problems of lithium replenishment technology and applied low and slow speed. High-efficiency lithium technology reduces the loss of lithium ions during the first charge and improves battery efficiency and energy density.

In terms of service life, the Wending 564Ah battery cell is specially customized for the long-term energy storage needs of more than 4 hours. It can achieve an ultra-long cycle life of 10,000+ times and an ultra-durable calendar life of 25-30 years. It also solves the problems of thermal runaway and overcharging that are commonly found in large-capacity batteries, providing users with a safe, worry-free, efficient and reliable product experience.

In terms of reliability and durability, REPT BATTERO Powtrix energy storage system performs well. The system has IP55+C5 protection and anti-corrosion grade, which can effectively resist the erosion of dust, water splash, hot and humid environment, wind, sand and salt spray, and can cope with it easily. All internal components of the system have been tested for long-term high-temperature aging at 60°C. They are extremely weather-resistant and perform well. At the same time, the system uses active balancing technology. Compared with passive balancing, the balancing capability is increased by 20 times, energy saving is 150 times, and a single cluster can reduce operation and maintenance costs by 80%.

In terms of power safety, the REPT BATTERO Powtrix energy storage system supports thermal-electric separation, short-circuit arc protection, external short-circuit detection, and battery valve opening detection. In terms of thermal safety, the Powtrix energy storage system has excellent passive safety performance in the comprehensive UL 9540A test evaluation, and simultaneously applies a two-level fire protection strategy of modules and systems to suppress fires at the early stage, minimizing the thermal diffusion and fire risks of the Battery system.

Compared with the traditional 5MWh energy storage system, the REPT BATTERO Powtrix energy storage system has an energy density increased by 20%, a floor area reduced by 16.6%, and an investment saving of 15.7%. In terms of safety performance, which has attracted much attention, REPT BATTERO 6MWh energy storage system meets the requirements ofNEC, NPFA68/69/70, NFPA855, IEEE693 and other standards widely used in the United States, and performed well in large-scale fire assessment tests, and the forced fire range can be controlled within the expected range.

Powtrix products combine the technical characteristics of mainstream PCS equipment and the site layout requirements of overseas customers. The design of the output interface supports two optional forms: bottom outlet and end outlet. At the same time, it supports different wiring forms of single-channel converged output and multi-channel independent output.
